Active marketing: If your home is on the market with me, I'm working to sell it every single day. I believe in going out and looking for your buyer rather than waiting for your buyer to come to you. Ask me how!
Advocacy: If you're a buyer, my job is to get you the best possible deal. I don't stop at what's listed, but sift my network to find properties that aren't listed on the property websites or the MLS. If you're a seller, my job is to protect your interests and assure that your property fetches the highest price it can in the shortest possible time.
